Our funds qualify under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) as article 6 SFDR funds, which means that our funds do not integrate any kind of sustainability into the investment process, i.e. the funds do not have ESG as an investment objective nor are the funds considered to promote ESG. Based on article 6 of the SFDR the funds are labelled as ‘non-sustainable’. The reason is that the sustainability risk is not relevant, because the funds are established for a specific purpose, being investment in single portfolio companies, and therefore the investment strategy is customized for this purpose.
